“You could say I was truly ‘born to Medford real estate,’ as my mother was a real estate broker here in Southern Oregon for many years. I started at the age of 16 doing clerical work for a local brokerage, and through the years worked up through administrative work for industrial real estate firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, to returning home to Medford and getting my real estate sales license in 1989 and broker’s license in 1993.”
Stacey consistently ranked among the top 20 real estate brokers in the Rogue Valley (out of approximately 1100), and was consistently a top producer for Coldwell Banker Pro West for 14 years. She moved to her own firm, then was brought on to Keller Williams Realty Southern Oregon as their managing broker, and is now a principal broker with Coldwell Banker Pro West Ashland. She holds the designations of Principal Broker, GRI, and ABR. She was listed as a “Megabroker of the Northwest” in the March, 2000 issue of Unique Homes Magazine, was named to their “Registry of Distinction”, and was again listed as a top real estate luxury specialist in their April/May 2001 issue. She was the 2003 Rogue Valley Association of Realtors President, the 2003 Rogue Valley Association of Realtors “Realtor of the Year”, is a 2010 Oregon Association of Realtors Director, a 2010 RVAR Director, is the 2010 SOMLS President, a life member and four-term past President of the RVAR Million Dollar Club, served for four years on the City of Medford Historic Commission, and sits on the Citizen’s Advisory Board for the Salvation Army. She was honored with the Realtor Public Service Award in September of 1999 for her endless community involvement, including the Junior League of Jackson County, YMCA, Britt Festivals, Rogue Opera, Jackson County Foster Parents’ Association, Committed Alliance to Strays, and much more. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors as an Oregon Association of Realtors Director.
